Kendall Smith is a lifelong learner who wishes to empower people through education. Kendall brings more than 30 years of independent school administrative and teaching experience to CATS. Kendall focusses on building strong foundations of student knowledge, so each student matriculates to a college or university of their choice. A graduate of Smith College, Kendall spent her Junior Year Abroad at l'Universite de Paris IV, La Sorbonne and l"Institut d'Art et d'Archeologie. She achieved her Master of Arts at The Graduate Institute of St Johns College, New Mexico.

David Hooks has worked in education as a teacher, administrator and sports coach since 1979.He has taught extensively under the social studies umbrella; most recently in humanities and ethics. He began college counseling at West Nottingham Academy seven years ago, serving a diverse population of domestic and international boarding students; here he built a comprehensive four-year counseling program which was highly successful. David is delighted to be working with students at CATS Academy Boston. He loves the fact that CATS brings multiple nationalities together, places students in awesome schools and furthers their growth and development as potential, future world leaders.

Daniel Cassely comes to CATS Academy from the Sacred Heart School in Roslindale, Massachusetts where he has served as the Director of Advancement since 2013. In addition to leading the admissions office, he was in charge of the marketing and communications development and the alumni relations departments. Prior to working at Sacred Heart he gained over ten years’ experience in the admissions offices of Boston University and the University of New England, recruiting, counseling and evaluating candidates for admission. Mr.Cassely has a student-centered approach to College Counseling and enjoys seeing students through the college admission process and working with the international student body here at CATS.

Prior to joining CATS Academy, Becky Roihl was the Manager of Tutor and Teacher Services at Summit Educational Group. She hired and trained new tutors and teachers and kept them updated about the latest trends in standardized testing. She also educated parents about college admissions requirements and helped students achieve higher SAT and ACT scores. Becky has a master’s degree in school guidance counseling from Cambridge College and a BA in psychology from Wesleyan University. Becky completed a year-long guidance internship at Watertown High School, where 40% of the students are English Language Learners.
