I am an educator, researcher, and social impact leader with a strong passion for helping young people grow with confidence, curiosity, and purpose.
My background is in education, STEM learning, student development, and youth mentoring. Over the years, I have worked with students from different cultures, ages, and backgrounds, both inside and outside the classroom. I enjoy creating spaces where students feel seen, supported, and encouraged to become the best version of themselves.
I have experience working with students in residential life, mentoring, student support, and student leadership. As a Residential STEM Adviser, I understand that students need structure, patience, kindness, and someone they can trust. My personal approach is simple: guide with kindness, and correct with respect. Every student has a story, and sometimes what they need most is an adult who pays attention.
To help build a positive dorm community, I encourage respect, cleanliness, communication, and kindness. A dorm should feel safe and welcoming. It should be a place where students can rest, laugh, learn, and feel part of something bigger than themselves.
One of my favorite quotes is: “A child may forget what you said, but they will remember how you made them feel.”
What I love about CATS Academy Boston is the diversity of the students and the chance to be part of a community.
